Welcome to the Fort Collins Area Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You’ll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children’s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
IMPORTANT- FILL OUT ALL FIELDS AND TABS including Guardians, Insurance/Emergency, USA Registration, etc.... Some are under the account info and some under the swimmer info. Everything must be completed. You must also sign "electronically" all the FAST documents. You are not registered until ALL fields are completed and your electronic payment info for subsequent payments the rest of the season is completed and registration is paid for. We do not use the photo box on the swimmer account- leave blank. The payment today with a credit card is DIFFERENT than the ACH or credit card payment for the rest of the swim season. AFTER registration, a credit card monthly payment will get an additional $3/mth service charge- ACH does not. That tab is under account info and must be complete. Please make sure all numbers are correct and double check that routing and account number are in the correct places. Also, please make sure a credit card you are using is current and not expired. BE SURE TO HIT THE SAVE CHANGES BUTTON!
We look forward to having you join the Fort Collins Area Swim Team and are excited for another great season! You will find it very convenient to check your account - you have 24/7 access! Payments are posted on the 21st of every month and payments are automatically paid/taken from your account on the 1st of every month. There are no paper invoices- but you can check your account anytime. Once you are approved and checked into the system - you will be sent a password to log into your personal account. You can customize that after receiving it by clicking the "change pswd" grey words at the top right of the home page.
