The High School Prep group is an alternative to the FAST swim groups. It is designed for the high school swimmer who wants to get in shape for high school swim season and is not already participating in a FAST practice group.

Workouts in this group will be designed to improve stroke fundamentals including starts and turns, and to get the swimmers in race shape before the high school season starts.

When: 7:15-8:45 p.m. Monday -Thursday.  Thursday evening practices will be at Mulberry Pool, all others will be hosted at EPIC. Practices begin September 7, 2010.

Cost: $75 per month  Note: FAST dues must be paid via auto deduction

Trial Session: New swimmers to FAST are eligible to participate in TWO free practices to meet the coach and swimmers. Prior to entering the water for the free practices, the swimmer must complete the registration.
