FAST Masters is an adult swimming team (ages 18+) that welcomes participants of all ability levels.  Pool, open water, triathlete's and those just interested in swimming for personal health benefits. 

We believe that fun, fitness, and a little friendly competition are magic ingredients for a healthier, happier you! The FAST Masters coaching staff is part of the top age group swim team in the country. Our Masters coaches are required to have the same credentials and additional training as our age-group team. FAST Masters coaches are there to provide direction, motivation, and help you, the swimmer, get to your next level of swimming, no matter the talent or experience.

Monday - IM/Free: 5:30-6:30 am, 8:00-9:00 am and 11:30-12:30 pm 

Tuesday - Technique: 8:00-9:00 am, Mid Distance Free + Tri/OWS drills: 11:30-12:45 pm 

Wednesday - Speed: 5:30-6:30 am, 8:00-9:00 am and 11:30-12:30 pm

Friday - Mid Distance Free: 5:30-6:45 am, 8:00-9:15 am SCY and 11:30-12:45 pm

Annual Fee - United States Masters Swimming (USMS) registration is required for all swimmers! $75 https://www.usms.org/join-usms/join-or-renew Join for the remainder of 2025 and all of 2026 for $125 (save $25). When registering for USMS you must first select our club: Rocky Mountain Regional Masters (RMRM), then our workout group: FAST1.

​Monthly Fee - Fee covers coaching and entrance to the pool ONLY for coached workouts. Please register online for Masters $83 for swimmers 26-69 years in age. Swimmers 18-25 and 70+ $75. Punch card $120/10 swims. If you swim at EPIC outside of practice time, please pay the daily fees at the front desk. Single practice Drop in fee $15. Please pay coach on deck. Monthly dues and punch card fees are collected via auto deduction from checking account or valid credit card.
